What the import refuses to do

Rows that fail validation are surfaced, never dropped and never counted. The warnings below are live examples from the last pass.

  • Row 2 · gala-health

    Lowest_Advertised_Monthly_USD

Two lists gave $69 and $79 for what looked like the same monthly charge.

Resolution: Neither figure appears on the provider's own pages. The $199 on the site is compounded GLP-1 weight-loss medication, not HRT. Both listings were withdrawn, and the HRT charge is now recorded as not published rather than filled from a third party.

  • Row 3 · winona

    Lowest_Advertised_Monthly_USD

One list stated $54 all-in; another stated about $120 for estrogen plus progesterone.

Resolution: Resolved on re-read: Winona prices each formulation separately. The combined cream is $89 and the estradiol patch $149, both quoted as 'from' prices and recorded as two offers. A 30-day supply is processed every 28 days, so each charge recurs 13.04 times a year, giving $96.75 and $161.97 a month. Tablets are published as a $45 to $54 range and are not used as a rate.

  • Row 4 · alloy

    Lowest_Advertised_Monthly_USD

A $49 figure was carried as the plan price.

Resolution: Dropped as a starting price. The patch ships quarterly at $224.97 for a 12-week supply with progesterone included, which is $81.52 a month, not $74.99. The $49.95 consultation is held as a one-time fee outside the monthly figure.

  • Row 7 · musely

    Lowest_Advertised_Monthly_USD

The file gave $20, which was read as a monthly total.

Resolution: Resolved on re-read: $20 is the oral progesterone add-on, not a monthly total. The Estrogen Cream is $92 per two-month supply, the pill $70 and the patch $75, each recorded separately. A cream carrying progesterone is documented as a Trio formula, but no charge for it appears on the pricing page read, so no price is recorded for it.

  • Row 9 · hers

    Lowest_Advertised_Monthly_USD

The published rate is tied to a 12-month plan, which the file does not say.

Resolution: Kept at $79 for oral estradiol and $134 for the patch with progesterone, with the plan term recorded against both. The month-to-month rate is not published.

  • Row 10 · inner-balance

    Lowest_Advertised_Monthly_USD

The row quoted $99.50, which is the rate from month seven.

Resolution: Both rates are recorded, at $199 for months one to six and $99.50 from month seven. Supply is billed in 90-day increments at $597, so the first 90 days derive to $201.90 a month. The lower rate is never quoted on its own.

  • Row 11 · midi-health

    Lowest_Advertised_Monthly_USD

No monthly price was found; the row carries only a $250 self-pay visit.

Resolution: Recorded as null rather than 0. The recurring charge is stored as absent, and the per-visit prices are kept separately.

  • Row 8 · wisp

    Price_Source

The source domain wisp.com resolves to a parked listing page, not to the provider.

Resolution: The provider's site is hellowisp.com, where $33 a month is published as a starting rate for the consult and the medication is sent to a local retail pharmacy unpriced. The charge is recorded and the all-in figure is withheld.

  • Row 12 · henry-meds

    Extra_Costs_and_Terms

The row carried $149 a month as the whole cost.

Resolution: The terms state a $30.00 medical consultation fee is collected. It is recorded as a confirmed one-time fee, so the first payment is $179 and the monthly figure stays $149.

  • Row 13 · peter-md

    Category

Row is a testosterone (TRT) program and sits outside the guide's scope.

Resolution: Excluded from the dataset. The guide records estradiol and progesterone only, so the row is not imported rather than merged into a menopause record.

  • Row 19 · folx-health

    Category

Row is a gender-affirming HRT program and sits outside the guide's scope.

Resolution: Excluded from the dataset for the same reason as the TRT rows.
