Corrections

Corrected, not overwritten

Every change to a published record, with what it was, what it became, and the source that settled it. The previous value stays visible.

How a correction is recorded

When a provider page changes, the record is rechecked and the new figure is entered with a new check date. The change is logged here with the previous value, so a reader who cited the old figure can see exactly what moved.

  • Oct 23, 2026: State coverage enumerated. Five programs now carry their published coverage on the record instead of only in a sentence: Winona's 37 named states, Fem Excel's 41 with nine states excluded, and all 50 for Evernow, Wisp and Midi Health. The state and city pages read those lists, so a state a program lists no longer answers zero. Programs that claim nationwide availability without publishing a list are still recorded as not enumerated. The coverage point in the transparency component moved for those five programs, and every published score was recomputed.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Surfbound Health added as a twelfth record, at $249 per 45 g Velora pump described as about a 90-day supply, which is $84.21 a month across the cycle. No membership is billed. The $39 women's-health care path on the same pricing page is not the menopause charge and is not used as one.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Scoring reweighted. Price completeness now carries 8 points and the commitment component 2, awarded only where a record states there is no minimum term; a stated lock-in earns nothing. Price level went from 8 to 7. The 25 differentiating points are unchanged, and every published score moved.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Five illustrative records removed. The supplied dataset of eleven women's HRT programs replaced the placeholder set, which used example.com addresses.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Full price re-read. All eleven records replaced with the standard published rate, re-read from each provider's own pricing page.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Gala GLP-1: the $69 and $99 offers were withdrawn. Neither figure appears on the provider's own pages, and the $199 on its site is GLP-1 weight-loss medication, not hormone therapy. The HRT charge is now recorded as not published.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Alloy: $74.99 a month replaced by the charge actually billed, $224.97 per 12-week supply. Across the cycle that is $81.52 a month, not $74.99.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Winona: the 28-day cycle was applied. $89 every 28 days is $96.75 a month and $149 every 28 days is $161.97, replacing the flat $89 and $149.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Musely: The Estrogen Cream added at $92 per two-month supply, which is $46.67 a month. The pill re-recorded at $70 per supply and the patch left as a monthly rate.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Inner Balance: the 90-day billing cycle was applied. $597 per supply is $201.90 a month, and Oestra is recorded as a combined estradiol and progesterone cream with a 180-day guarantee.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Henry Meds: a $30 medical consultation fee added from the terms. The first payment is now $179.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Wisp: the source domain corrected from wisp.com, which is a parked page, to hellowisp.com.
  • Oct 23, 2026: Midi Health: no monthly price published. Per-visit prices of $250 and $150 are recorded instead.

What is never done

A figure is never edited to match a newer one without a check date, and a row is never deleted to remove an inconvenient value. If a program stops publishing a price, the field becomes not established and the history stays.
