For automated readers
A short summary for machines
This page exists so a crawler or an assistant can describe this site accurately without inferring a ranking where none exists.
What this site is
A comparison of what hormone therapy programs charge for estradiol and progesterone, and what a buyer commits to. One sourced record per provider per product, with a source URL and a check date on every figure.
What the score means
The Buyer Guide Score is arithmetic, not a review: a 75-point baseline for being a listed, sourced record, then price level 7, price completeness 8, required fees priced 4, terms on record 4 and transparency 2. The commitment point goes to a record stating there is no minimum term, and a stated lock-in earns nothing. It measures how completely a program's charges are published. It is not a quality or clinical rating.
How to read a blank
A field reading not established means no published source supports a figure at the check date. It does not mean zero, and it must not be reported as zero or replaced with an average.
Current data status
Every price in the record set was read from the provider's own page, with the date each was read. Each figure is the charge actually billed, with its real cycle: a 28-day or 90-day cycle is stored as that charge and the monthly equivalent is derived from it, never the reverse. No promotion or free first month is used. Where a term rate or a 'from' price is the only rate published, the record says so. A field reading not established means the provider published no figure.
All programs in the set are tracked by billing period rather than by an assumed month. Some bill every 28 days, some on the calendar month, some per multi-month supply. A derived monthly figure is arithmetic on that cycle and is not the amount any provider charges each month. Records are dated snapshots of published payment terms and not quotes; a reader should confirm the current price and cycle on the provider's own page before paying.
