Ownership, funding and placement

At the check date, no program listed here pays for placement or a referral commission. Advertising is sold separately, is labeled where it appears, and cannot alter a recorded figure or a score.

Ownership

This site is owned and operated by Open Water Rx LLC.

This site is owned by Open Water Rx LLC, which also operates Surfbound Health (surfbound.co), a program recorded in this guide. Its record is held to the same fields, the same source requirement and the same arithmetic as every other record, and is named here rather than left to be discovered.

Stated plainly, because a reader is entitled to know it before weighing a ranking: the publisher and the operator of that program are the same legal entity, and the publisher therefore has a direct financial interest in that program's sales. The program is compared in the same table as its competitors. That is a material connection under the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR 255), and it is disclosed here and in the footer of every page rather than left to be inferred.

The relationship is held as a flag on the program in the data, not as a sentence typed into this page. That sentence is generated from the flag, so if the relationship ended the page would stop making the claim instead of quietly carrying a stale disclosure.

The record for that program is built from its own published pricing page, on the same fields and the same arithmetic as every other record. Ownership confers nothing else here: no altered charge, no adjusted cadence, no score component awarded for being owned by the publisher, and no position granted in the ranked list. Placement is ordered by score alone, as published.

Nothing about the relationship implies endorsement by a regulator or by any other program. Where a record covers a compounded preparation, the record states that it is not an FDA-approved finished product and is not interchangeable with one; where a record covers a branded product, that statement is the provider's own approval status and not a finding of this site.

Placement and commission

At the check date, no affiliate commission is taken anywhere in the guide, and no program can pay for a position in the ranked list. Sponsored placements are sold separately from the ledger, carry a visible label, and are disclosed on the page where they appear. A sponsored listing never alters a charge, a cadence or a score.

Advertising inventory is accepted, and it is named on the pages that carry it rather than only here. The funding notice beside the ledger is generated from the same flags that record whether a commission or a paid position exists, so this page cannot drift out of step with what is actually running.

Billing periods, and what a reader still has to check

Every program in this guide is tracked by its billing period, not by a notional monthly price. Some providers bill every 28 days, some bill on the calendar month, some bill per 90-day supply, and the record holds the amount charged on the cycle the provider actually bills. Two figures that look comparable therefore may not be: a charge of $89 every 28 days recurs 13.04 times in a year and is $96.75 a month, while a $96.75 calendar-month charge recurs 12 times and is $96.75 a month. The record states the basis behind each figure, and it is the only basis on which the programs are compared.

That is why a record names the basis rather than only a number, and why a monthly figure on this site is labelled derived. It also means the ranking does not quietly favour a provider whose cycle happens to divide neatly into a year.

Prices, billing periods, fees, formulary and state coverage change without notice, and a provider may bill a new customer on different terms from the ones read here. Check the provider's own pricing page and the terms shown at checkout before you pay. A record here is a dated snapshot of published payment terms on its check date, not a quote, and not a substitute for reading the provider's page yourself.

Where a record holds no amount for a required cost, that gap is left visible rather than filled. A reader who sees a blank should read it as a reason to ask the provider directly, not as a zero.

Reviews and testimonials

There are no star ratings, no customer reviews and no testimonials on this site, and none are generated. A reader's account of a treatment is a health claim in the making, and an invented one is worse than none.

If reviews are ever added, the federal Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule (16 CFR 465, in force since October 2024) sets the terms: no review gating, no undisclosed incentives, no AI-written reviews presented as a customer's, and no suppression of negative ones. This paragraph is the policy, so the next person does not have to rediscover it.

Data

The records are drawn from each provider's own pricing page. Each figure carries that source and the date it was read. No figure is estimated, and a required cost the provider leaves unpriced is recorded as unpriced rather than guessed.

Corrections

Corrections are recorded with the previous value and the source that settled the change. A record is corrected, not quietly overwritten. The log is public.
