Tool · a filter over dated records

Find a program by what it publishes

Every recorded HRT offer in one filterable set. Narrow by formulation, medicine, insurance position, cash-pay cost, membership and commitment, then sort by a published figure or a record field. Each result shows the charge as billed, the costs the record leaves unpriced, and the date its fields were read.

18 recorded offers12 programsNo recommendation

Records were read between 23 and 26 October 2026; the newest is Oct 26, 2026. Every offer is rendered before a filter is applied, so the full set is readable without running the tool.

Filters

The labelled monthly equivalent, complete or known-only. An add-on, care-only or supply-estimate figure sorts on the same axis but is not a treatment total, and each card states which it is.

18 of 18 recorded offers shown

Sorting uses published figures and record fields only. It never reads the publisher score, a ranking position or a sponsorship.

18 recorded offers

The full record set, unfiltered

Cheapest first. A low row can be an add-on, a care-only charge or a supply estimate rather than the cost of a treatment, so the scope chip on each card names what the figure actually buys.

How each filter reads a record

The tool does not hold a second set of prices. Every option maps to a field the ledger already stores, so a corrected provider record changes these results on the next build rather than leaving a private copy to drift.

What this tool never does

  • It does not estimate a price a program has not published, and it does not state a copay, coinsurance or deductible.
  • It does not calculate a new monthly figure. The monthly equivalent is the one the record already derives and labels.
  • It does not rank, score or recommend a program, and the sort never reads the publisher score, a position or a sponsorship.
  • It does not ask about your health, and it is not medical advice.
  1. 01

Formulation is read from the record's own wording

Patch, gel, spray, cream, tablet or pill, vaginal and pellet are matched against the formulation text stored on the record. Where a record names no formulation at all, the row is filed as formulation not stated rather than assigned to a route the provider never published.

  2. 02

Treatment covers estradiol, progesterone and combined plans

A row matches estradiol or progesterone when the record carries that product. A single charge that covers both medicines also matches the combined filter, because the plan does contain each medicine — but the row's scope label says the amount is not the price of one product alone.

  3. 03

Cash-pay cost separates a total from a charge

Complete means every required cost is priced and the interval is stated. Charge published means a recurring amount exists but something is missing. Care priced means the charge buys access and the medicine is billed elsewhere. No amount means exactly that, and it is never read as $0.

  4. 04

Membership and commitment are the published terms

A membership is charged, stated as none, or not established — three different facts. A commitment is month to month, a stated minimum term, or not established. A program whose record never mentions a term is not described as flexible, because silence is not a promise.

  5. 05

Every card carries the source and the read date

Each result prints the date its fields were read, how many sourced fields the record holds, and a link to the provider page the amount came from. A figure travels with its source and its date, or it does not belong on the page.

Filters are rows, not labels

8 formulation routes, 4 insurance positions, 4 cash-cost states, 3 membership states and 3 commitment states are read from the records.

Sorts are objective

6 sorts: lowest published monthly figure, lowest first payment, most recently read, most sources on the record, fewest missing costs, provider a to z. A cheapest-first view is a price sort, not a ranking of care.

Questions the tool raises

Does this tool recommend a program?

No. It filters the dated records by facts the providers publish — a formulation, a treatment, an insurance position, whether a total is complete, a membership, a commitment — and sorts by a figure or a record field you choose. It does not weigh one program against another, does not ask about symptoms, age or history, and never says a program is right for you. Whether a treatment is appropriate is a decision for a licensed clinician.

Why does a result say its total is withheld?

A published total is only a total when every required cost carries an amount and the billing interval is stated. Where a program leaves a consultation, a membership, a follow-up visit or the medication unpriced, or publishes an amount without saying how often it recurs, the recurring charge is still shown but no all-in figure is produced. The missing line is named on the card rather than filled with an estimate.

Can I filter by copay or by what my plan would cover?

No, because no program in this record set publishes a copay, coinsurance or deductible amount. Those figures depend on a plan and a person, not on the provider. The insurance filter records only what each program states about billing insurance: that it bills a plan, that it sends the prescription to a pharmacy which may, that it is direct-pay only, or that the record does not answer the question.

Is the charge the same as the monthly figure?

Not usually, and the difference is shown on every card. A program that bills every 28 days takes 13.04 charges a year, so an $89 charge is about $96.75 a month. A program billing every three calendar months takes four charges a year, so a $300 charge is a $100 monthly equivalent. The card prints the charge as billed on its own line and the labelled monthly equivalent beneath it.

Is the sort the same as the ranked buyer guide?

No, and the two are deliberately separate. This page sorts only by a published figure or a record field: the monthly equivalent, the first payment, the read date, the number of sources, the number of unpriced costs, or alphabetically. It never reads the publisher score, a ranking position or a sponsorship. The ranked guide is a separate commercial placement that may be influenced by compensation and ownership.

What does “no insurance path stated” mean?

It means the pages read for that record describe a self-pay charge and do not say whether insurance is accepted, billed or reimbursed. It is not the same as “does not take insurance”, and it is not “cash only”. A record that never answers the question is filed as unanswered rather than turned into a finding.

Where to go next

The ledger lists every offer side by side, the twelve-month study totals the offers whose charges are complete enough to total, and each profile holds the full record with every source it was read from. The dataset carries the same rows for export.

Last modified Oct 26, 2026

Nothing here is medical advice. Estradiol and progesterone are prescription treatments, and a compounded preparation is not an FDA-approved finished product. Prices, terms and coverage change without notice, so check the provider's own page before paying.
