A membership that is 'included' is not free

When a membership sits inside the plan price, the plan is one charge, not two stacked on top of each other.

One number, two components

Evernow is the clearest case in this dataset: a $49 membership that sits inside its own $49 recurring charge. The guide records the stated amount and marks it as included, so a reader can see what portion of the charge is access rather than medicine.

It is never added a second time. The recurring charge is the total the buyer pays, and the membership is a label on part of it.

Why the distinction survives the ranking

The score's terms component rewards a membership that is stated as a number, including an explicit $0. It does not reward a lower-looking medication price created by moving the same money into a different column.
