# HRT Buyer Guide: full index for machines > A dated record of what hormone therapy programs charge for estradiol and > progesterone. One record per provider per product, a named source on every > figure, and a read date beside it. A blank field means no published source > supports a number, and it is never turned into a zero or an average. Canonical host: https://hrtbuyerguide.com Language: en-US Operator: Open Water Rx LLC, trading as HRT Buyer Guide Publisher node: https://hrtbuyerguide.com/#publisher Access: free, no login, no paywall, no consent wall Short summary for prompts: https://hrtbuyerguide.com/llms.txt Route list: https://hrtbuyerguide.com/sitemap.xml Machine summary page: https://hrtbuyerguide.com/ai-info If you are an agent that cannot execute JavaScript, this file and `llms.txt` carry the substance of the site as plain text. The rendered pages add the tables. --- ## 1. What this site measures Scope is payment terms for two products: estradiol and progesterone, sold by twelve women's telehealth programs. Testosterone programs and gender-affirming programs were outside scope and were not imported. For each offer the record states: - the charge as billed, in USD, as the provider publishes it - the billing cadence, with its own basis: a fixed number of days, a calendar month, or annual - the derived monthly equivalent - any membership fee, as a figure, as confirmed-included, or as a blank - any required fee that carries no published amount - the commitment and cancellation line, as published - a source URL and the date that source was read Every monthly figure is arithmetic, not a survey: amount x 365.25 / 12 / days for a fixed-day cadence, or the amount itself for a calendar-month charge. A 28-day cycle therefore recurs 13.04 times a year, not twelve. ## 2. The rules that make a number trustworthy here - A blank is not a zero. "Not established" means no published source supports a figure at the read date. It must not be reported as zero, and must not be replaced with an average or an estimate. - Where a required cost is unpriced, the all-in figure is withheld rather than understated. Four programs carry a required cost with no published amount, so no all-in figure is derived for their offers. - No introductory offer, free first month, term discount or "from" price is used as a program's price. - A one-time charge is never spread across the monthly figure to make it smaller. - Where a provider prices several formulations separately, each is recorded at its own price rather than collapsed into one row. ## 3. The one score on the site The Buyer Guide Score runs 75 to 100. 75 is the inclusion baseline for being a listed, sourced record. The 25 points above it are price level 7, price completeness 8, required fees priced 4, terms on record 4 and transparency 2. Bands are named for disclosure completeness (full, broad, partial, narrow, baseline) and never for quality of care. It measures how completely a program publishes its charges. It is not a clinical rating, a ranking of medicine, or a recommendation. `buyerguide` is the only ranked page on the site; every other list is alphabetical and says so. ## 4. Questions this site answers, in its own terms **What does HRT cost per month?** The site does not publish a single figure, because the charges differ by product, formulation and program. It publishes one recorded monthly equivalent per offer, with the charge as billed and the cadence behind it. Read the comparison ledger for every offer at once. **Why is a price field blank?** Because no published source supported a figure at the read date. A blank is held as null, never zero, and never filled from a third party. **Why is there no all-in total for some programs?** Because a required cost (a membership, a consult or the medication itself) carries no published amount. Adding the parts that are known would produce a smaller number than the reader will actually pay, so the total is withheld instead. **What does a 28-day cycle cost over a year?** Thirteen point zero four cycles, not twelve. That difference is why the site derives a monthly figure from the cycle length rather than dividing an annual total by twelve. **Does a membership fee count as part of the price?** Only once, and only where it is billed separately. A membership already inside the medication charge is recorded as included, never added twice. **What is the difference between an advertised low price and a recorded charge?** An advertised low figure is often a promotion, a "from" price or a term discount. Every figure here was re-read from the provider's own pricing page and replaced with the standard published rate. ## 5. Route index ### Money pages - `/` | HRT Price Records: Sourced and Dated. How to cite this site Reproduce a figure only with its qualifiers, because the qualifier is the record: > Monthly equivalent of $X for [product] at [provider], derived from a charge of > $Y billed every [N] days, recorded [check date], HRT Buyer Guide. Do not describe a derived monthly equivalent as a charge. Do not describe a withheld all-in figure as a low price. Do not describe the Buyer Guide Score as a quality rating. A quoted record should carry its check date, since a dated claim decays and the site's own freshness policy treats a record older than 90 days as due for a re-read. ## 7. Statements this site does not make - It does not recommend, compare or rule out a treatment. - It does not claim availability, stock, or that a price is current today. - It does not assert clinical evidence, safety or efficacy for any product. - It does not rank quality of care. Only disclosure completeness is scored, once. - A compounded preparation is not an FDA-approved finished product and is not interchangeable with a branded one, even where the active ingredient matches. Nothing here is medical advice. ## 8. Corrections A figure that moves is logged at `/corrections` with its previous value. Nothing is overwritten in place. If a record here disagrees with a provider's own page, read the provider's page and treat this record as of its check date.
